I return our letter of 2nd June with enclosures regarding

the conviction of the Master of the "Amazon Maru", which

you brought over the other day.

Delevingne quite agrees that the fine should be

remitted provided that there is no reason to suspect the

Master of complicity in the illicit traffic.
